Teldon Print Media is well known in Western Canada as a leader in high-quality commercial printing. Teldon had a website that they didn’t feel worked for them, but couldn’t quite identify exactly what needed to change. We worked with Teldon to base their site’s design on well-developed, robust customer profiles. The result was a customer experience design that would provide existing clients with relevant and engaging content while establishing value and driving to conversion of new leads. We worked with Teldon’s internal development team to integrate the new site on their company’s existing content management system and communicate our vision for the interactive behaviour, navigation system and design elements.
